Prayer Points for the Family and Home

We’re praying warfare prayers for our homes and families .

 

We are well able to fight! Jesus is the Stronger One coming to our houses and we are putting our trust in our God who is a Warrior. This is war, but this is a victorious conflict.

 

Take these prayer points and start using them as weapons of spiritual warfare for your home. Look up the whole scripture referenced and believe for divine intervention!

 

Pray for the presence and power of God to increase in your home.

Psalm 145:3-7 “… One generation commends your works to another; they tell of your mighty acts…”

 

Confess faith in the power of our spiritual weaponry to destroy strongholds.

2 Corinthians 10:3-5 “… The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary… they have divine power to demolish strongholds…”

 

Pray and believe for salvation for the whole family.

Joshua 24:14-15 “… But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.”

 

Declare the plans God has for you and your family, your kids.

“Jeremiah 29:11 “’For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.’”

 

Pray for the church you belong to, the household of faith.

Ephesians 2:19 “Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and strangers, but fellow citizens with God’s people and also members of his household.”

 

Pray for your marriage to be a true reflection of Christ and the church.

Ephesians 5:21-33 “Submit to one another out of reverence for Christ…”

 

Break strongholds over your children and say no to the devil’s destructive plots.

Isaiah 54:13 “All your children will be taught by the Lord, and great will be their peace.”

 

Pray for and claim victory over the world on behalf of our families, kids, and relatives.

Galatians 3:13-14 “The Messiah redeemed us from the curse pronounced in the Torah by becoming cursed on our behalf…”

 

Let forgiveness, restoration and reconciliation flow in your relationships.

2 Corinthians 5:19-21 “… And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation…”

 

Build a hedge of protection and a wall of fire around your household.

Job 1:10 “Have you not made a hedge around him, around his household, and around all that he has on every side…”

 

Pray the warfare prayers that will deliver from evil.

Matthew 6:9-13 “’… lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.’”

 

And, lastly, command the blessing upon your home.

Numbers 6:24 “’The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace.’”
